Meet DGW founder, Danielle Lundquist

Throughout my communications and marketing career, one thing has remained constant: the power of creative storytelling.


Whether developing an integrated marketing campaign or shaping a piece of thought leadership, storytelling has always been key to building brands and enhancing reputation. Our world may be changing fast, but stories that spark conversation, connect us, and drive business growth will always be the lifeline of all marketing and communications programs. 


With more than 20 years of experience, my professional journey has spanned many corners of the marketing and communications field, including journalism, public relations, integrated marketing, and brand/reputation management. I spent more than a decade at leading PR/communications agencies in New York, working on a range of B2B and professional services accounts such as Genworth Financial, Steelcase, the American Institute of Architects, Yahoo!, and EY. I also served as Director of Communications at Smart Design, a storied design firm that's best known for launching the OXO Good Grips line of products. Most recently, I spent nearly a decade at Accenture and Accenture Song, leading content and marketing strategy around customer experience, design/innovation, GenAI and other emerging technologies. 


Outside of work, my life revolves around my two amazing children (the inspiration for the DGW name!), advocating for neurodiversity, nurturing my new passion for plants, writing children’s fiction, and soaking in Vitamin D outdoors.
